Minty Peach & Cardamom Goat Cheese Tart - (via whatsforlunchhoney.blogspot.com)
Caramel biscuit crust, with a filling made of goat cream cheese and mascarpone, spiced with cardamom finally, topped off with ripe and sweet peaches. A few mint leaves adds an explosive flavor to a perfect tart!
