For the mere sake of fun and more fun, I am starting a new event called 101 recipe series. As of now there is no time limit for this event. Here are the rules.

1. I will be announcing the recipe/food for which we need to derive 101 different ways of preparation.

This event starts from Aug 15, 2008 and will be till Midnight,CST of Sep 24, 2008.The voting will start from Sep 25,2008 and will run till Sep 29,2008. The winners will be announced on Sep 30th,2008.

In celebration to my little darling's first birthday festivity, I am happy to invite everybody to my: Perfect Party Dishes blog event.

For this month's challenge, I would like you to think up a soup or salad showcasing your favourite herb or one you haven't experimented with yet.

The herb garden is now officially open!

This round-up event is all about original recipes: your own culinary concoctions and delicious creations. Why recipes we create ourselves? Because it is my strong belief that they usually turn out better than cookbook recipes.

Tried, Tested and True is back. Post a dish that is heath promoting and a sure-fire hit in your home anytime from now (June 7) until the deadline, July 21th. A special celebrity guest judge will determine the winners of the top three prize packages.

Anyone from anywhere can blog about a recipe they had bookmarked from a cook book, food magazine, food blog, food website, from TV etc, make it and submit it to a weekly roundup every Monday. More details found on Ruth's Kitchen Experiments.

Tasty Tools is a monthly food blogging event I host, allowing an opportunity to use various kitchen tools to create a myriad of sweet and savory dishes. For this event, a specific kitchen tool will be chosen each month, which will be used in creating your recipe. I’m not one for “uni-taskers,” so I’ll be choosing kitchen tools that are versatile enough to use in both cooking and baking.
