This is an one off event to celebrate Dosa and its different varieties. The dosa is a South Indian crêpe. This food is a typical South Indian breakfast recipe. Regular dosa batter is made from rice and split, skinned urad bean blended with water and left to ferment overnight. Dosa refers to anything that's spread like a regular dosa. It can be thick like Uthappam or thin like a paper roast.
